The funded organization is responsible for the full lifecycle of the program, including curriculum design and development, recruitment and selection of attendees, instruction, and overall program administration. Funding is available for a project period of one to three years, with an award ceiling of up to $275,000, and the Commission anticipated making one award in this category.
